Position: Parks and Garden - General Hand
Location: Joondalup area
Pay rates: $38 - $42 per hour + super
Hours: Ongoing work - Monday to Friday - Average 38 hours per week

About the Role:

• Maintaining local parks, ovals, recreational areas, verges, and land.
• Gardening – planting, removing, mulching, mowing, and edging.
• Weed control, median spraying, broadacre spray, and spraying of firebreaks
• Operating equipment – trimmers, blowers, hedgers, tractors, brush cutters, blowers, and vans.
• Operating irrigation systems, repair and fault finding.
• General maintenance tasks.

Essential Criteria

• ABILITY TO PASS A DRUG AND ALCOHOL TEST
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role.
• Australian Driving License (MR/HR Preferred but not essential)
• Own transport to get to work
• Clean National Police Clearance within the last 12 months.
• White Card
• Traffic Management ticket (advantageous but not essential)
• Chainsaw ticket (advantageous but not essential)
• Qualification in Horticulture (advantageous but not essential)
